Can my clients book only a consultation online?
Yes. With DameHora you decide which services can be booked online. You can offer just the initial consultations and schedule the tattoo sessions and touch-ups yourself from the calendar.
How can I organise the sessions for a large tattoo?
DameHora lets you create appointments of different lengths, such as one, two or four hours, and check the client's visit history. You can place each session in the artist's calendar and save notes to carry on the work at the next appointments.
Does DameHora work for guest or resident artists?
Yes. Each artist can have their own calendar, whether they work at the studio regularly or come for a few days as a guest. You can set their availability and the services they do. While they're active as a professional, they count towards the number of professionals in your plan.
Where can I save the design and quote for each tattoo?
DameHora lets you note the details of the tattoo on the client's record, such as the design, area, size, quote and other observations. When you open a new appointment, you can check the saved notes.
Does DameHora take deposits or handle consent forms for tattoos?
No. DameHora handles bookings, calendars, clients and payments for services, but for now it doesn't take deposits in advance or handle informed consent or health records. Those need to be done separately.
Can I charge a tattoo session and issue an invoice?
Yes. You charge the session in cash, by card or with Bizum and Bilteo issues the VeriFactu receipt or invoice, a full one with the client's tax details if they ask. Bilteo is contracted separately.
How much does DameHora cost for a tattoo studio?
A monthly fee for up to three active artists, with their calendars, online consultations, client records and payments. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
