Can my clients book from Instagram or Google?
Yes. Share your booking link on your Instagram profile, your Google listing or your own website. Your clients choose the service, the barber and a free time, even when the barbershop is closed.
Does the barbershop software include a till and VeriFactu?
Yes. In DameHora you take cash, card or Bizum, close the till at the end of the day, and the VeriFactu receipt or invoice is issued with Bilteo, which is contracted separately.
What happens if a client doesn't show up?
The 24-hour reminder has a link to cancel or change the appointment, and the slot is free again. If they still don't come, you mark it as a no-show and it stays on their record, so you can see who often misses.
Can clients book a haircut and a beard trim in the same appointment?
Yes. You can set up combined services, such as cut and beard, with their own length and price. The client books both in a single appointment, without picking two separate times.
Do my clients have to download an app to book?
No. They book from your page in their phone's browser, without downloading anything or creating an account. They choose the service, the barber and the time, and the appointment goes straight into your calendar.
What if a barber falls ill?
You mark their sick leave and DameHora shows you which appointments are affected. It suggests passing them to another free barber or moving them to another slot, and you rebook them all in one go.
How much does it cost?
One monthly fee that includes up to three professionals, plus an amount for each extra one. No lock-in. Locations, bookings and customers are unlimited.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
