Can I note each client's allergies and preferences?
Yes. In DameHora they go in the notes on her record, and the calendar flags the appointment so you see them when you open it. Whatever the client writes when booking online also shows up as a note.
What about the processing time of a lash lift?
In DameHora a service has phases, and the processing phase leaves the professional free. The calendar offers that time for another short appointment, such as a brow shape.
Can I sell creams and products in the same payment?
Yes. You add your products with their price and stock, put them on the treatment's sale and they come out on the same VeriFactu receipt. The stock goes down when you charge.
Can clients book from Instagram or my Google listing?
Yes. Paste your DameHora link on Instagram, on Google or on your website, and your clients choose the treatment, the beautician and the time without signing up, even outside your opening hours.
What if a client doesn't come to her treatment?
DameHora reminds her the day before by email, with a link to change or cancel, and that slot is free to book again. If she doesn't come, you mark it as a no-show and it stays in her history.
Does it include a till and VeriFactu invoicing?
Yes. You charge the treatment in cash, by card or with Bizum and Bilteo issues the VeriFactu receipt or invoice, also in a company's name if asked. Bilteo is contracted separately.
How much does it cost?
One monthly fee that includes up to three professionals, plus an amount for each extra one. No lock-in. Locations, bookings and customers are unlimited.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
