Can each lawyer have their own calendar?
Yes. In DameHora each lawyer has their own calendar, with hours, services and availability. You can organise the consultations of different lawyers from one place and let clients book with the right lawyer.
What happens to my appointments if a hearing is scheduled?
Mark your absence in DameHora for the time of the hearing. The app shows the appointments affected and lets you review options to move them to another time or assign them to another available lawyer. When you confirm the change, the client is notified by email.
Can I offer a free first consultation and charge for the next ones?
Yes. In DameHora you can set up a first consultation at €0 and other paid services, such as a 60-minute legal consultation. Each service can have its own price, length and available lawyers.
Can the client tell me what the consultation is about when booking?
Yes. DameHora lets the client leave a comment when booking online. You can read it before the appointment to know the general reason for the visit. For confidential legal information or sensitive documents, use your firm's established secure channels.
Does DameHora manage court files and procedural deadlines?
No. DameHora is a tool for bookings, calendars and consultations. It doesn't manage court files, filings, procedural documents or legal deadlines. You can keep using your specialist software for those.
Can I hold consultations by video call with DameHora?
Yes. You can create a service for video call consultations, give it a length and let clients book it. DameHora doesn't create video call links automatically, so you'll need to share the link with another tool.
How much does DameHora cost for a law firm?
One monthly fee for up to three lawyers, with online booking, calendars, client records and payments in one app. Each extra lawyer is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
