Can I offer photography sessions of different lengths?
Yes. With DameHora you can set up 15-minute passport photos, one-hour portraits or family and newborn sessions of several hours. Each service has its own length and price, and the calendar shows the times when the whole session fits.
How can I cut down on sessions where nobody turns up?
DameHora sends automatic reminders before appointments to help cut down on forgotten sessions. If a client cancels, the time is open again on your online booking page.
Can I invoice a company for a product photography session?
Yes. You add the company's name and tax ID to the client's record and, when you charge, Bilteo issues the VeriFactu invoice in its name, for a product session, corporate portraits or other services. Bilteo is contracted separately.
Where can I keep each client's preferences for their session?
DameHora lets you keep notes on the client's record with the photography style, the chosen backdrop, any special instructions and the details agreed. When you open the appointment, you can check those notes to prepare the session.
Does DameHora work with two photographers and one studio?
Yes. Each photographer can have their own calendar, hours and assigned services. If you share a single studio, you'll need to coordinate availability by hand so it isn't booked for two sessions at once.
Does DameHora manage sets or photo delivery?
No. DameHora is built to manage bookings, professionals, clients and payments. For now it doesn't manage sets as separate resources or deliver photo galleries to clients. Those are handled separately.
How much does DameHora cost for a photography studio?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with their calendars, online bookings, client notes and payments in one app. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
