Can I limit how many brides I see at the same time?
Yes, you can organise bookings around each consultant's availability. DameHora won't offer two online appointments at once for the same professional. If you have several consultants, each can have her own calendar.
Can a bride book her first appointment from Instagram?
Yes. You can put your DameHora booking link in your Instagram bio, on your Google listing or on your website. The bride picks the first visit and a free time without having to call the shop.
Where do I keep the wedding date and the chosen dress?
DameHora lets you keep notes on each bride's record. You can save the wedding date, the dress model, the size, her preferences and what was agreed at the fittings. That information will be there when you open her next appointments.
Can I leave the dress payment pending until collection?
Yes. DameHora lets you record a sale as pending payment and see what's still owed in Sales. When the bride collects the dress, you can record the payment and update the sale.
Can I issue the invoice for the dress with VeriFactu?
Yes. At the collection appointment you charge for the dress and choose a receipt or invoice with the client's or a company's tax details, and Bilteo issues it with VeriFactu. Bilteo is contracted separately.
Does DameHora manage my shop's fitting rooms?
No. DameHora organises the consultants' calendars, bookings and client records, but it doesn't manage fitting rooms as separate resources. If you have several professionals and few fitting rooms, you can adjust their hours to avoid clashes.
How much does DameHora cost for a bridal shop?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with online bookings, consultants' calendars, client records and payments in one app. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
