- If there are one or two of you
- You pay the same fee, which includes up to three professionals. At least three seats are contracted.
- If the team changes
- You add or remove seats in the app. When you add one, the rest of the month goes on the next charge.
- VAT
- Prices exclude VAT. 21% VAT applies to businesses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. No VAT applies in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- If you leave
- You cancel in the app and keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

With Bilteo
Every payment, with its VeriFactu receipt or invoice
Bilteo is an invoicing program. It issues your receipts and invoices and sends them to the tax office with VeriFactu. DameHora connects to your Bilteo account so you don't have to do it by hand.

Who counts as a professional?

Can I use DameHora without Bilteo?
Yes. You run the diary, bookings and payments just the same, with refunds and the cash close. What you will not have is the receipt or invoice with VeriFactu.
Do I have to connect Bilteo?
No. If you invoice with another program, or you are on the modules scheme and issue no invoices, DameHora works just the same. Ask your accountant.
How much does Bilteo cost?
Bilteo has its own price and is contracted with Bilteo. Issuing from DameHora needs one of its paid plans.
Do I pay for each location?
No. The fee is the same whether you have one location or several.
Can I change the number of professionals?
Yes. You add or remove seats in the app. When you add one, the rest of the month goes on the next charge.
