How do I make use of the waiting time in a lift or lamination?
DameHora lets you set up the treatment's phases and processing times. During a phase where you can see to another service, you can use that time for a short job, such as brow shaping.
How do I keep a full set of extensions apart from an infill?
You can create separate services for the full set and the infill, each with its own length and price. That way clients book the right treatment and your calendar works out the time needed correctly.
Does DameHora work if I run my lash studio on my own?
Yes. You can use DameHora even if you're the only professional in your studio. The fee includes up to three professionals, so you can also grow your team without paying more within that limit.
How do I charge for a lash serum along with the service?
DameHora lets you add products to the same payment as the treatment. You can charge a set of extensions and a serum in one go, recording both items and updating the product's stock.
How much does DameHora cost for a brow and lash studio?
A monthly fee for a studio with up to three professionals, with their calendars, online booking, client records and payments. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
