Can I charge the piercing and the jewellery together?
Yes. With DameHora you can charge the piercing service and the jewellery in one payment. Each item keeps its price and tax settings, and the jewellery stock is updated automatically when the sale is recorded.
Where can I note the jewellery each client is wearing?
DameHora lets you keep notes on each client's record. You can record the type of piercing, the material, the jewellery size and the date it went in. That way you'll have it at hand when they come back for a check-up.
Does DameHora work for fifteen-minute appointments?
Yes. You can set up services of different lengths, such as lobe or helix piercings or jewellery changes. DameHora shows the free times based on each service's length and the professional's calendar.
What do I do if someone walks in for a piercing?
You can add their appointment straight from the DameHora calendar. Check which piercer is free and record the service without losing sight of the rest of the day's online bookings.
Does DameHora handle consent for piercing minors?
No. DameHora lets you organise appointments and keep client notes, but it doesn't handle consent for minors, informed consent forms or health records. Those documents need to be dealt with and kept separately under the applicable rules.
Can I see a client's piercing history?
Yes. DameHora keeps each client's appointment history and notes. You can check their past visits, which piercings were done and the observations you recorded for each one.
How much does DameHora cost for a piercing studio?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with calendar management, online bookings, client records and payment control. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
