What we solve for nail salons
-
A gel set doesn't take as long as a manicure
Each service has its own length and the calendar only offers slots where it fits whole. If they book a removal and gel polish, it adds them up in one appointment.
-
A no-show on a gel set is an hour and a half lost
Your clients get a reminder the day before and can change or cancel from the email itself. Whatever frees up shows on your page again for another booking.
-
Your work sells better than any text
Upload your designs with their before and after. They show on your salon's page on DameHora, next to your services and opening hours.
Your whole calendar on one screen
One column per person, with their hours and their price for each service. While a service is in its waiting time, that slot is free for another appointment.

Share the calendar as a front desk with your staff
The calendar open for the whole team. Each person signs in with their PIN, walk-ins are added on the spot and a finished appointment is charged right there.

Your booking page, open 24/7
Your services with price and length, your team and the first free slot. People book with no account, from Google, Instagram or your website.

Anti-fraud law
VeriFactu-ready for nail salons
You charge the appointment in cash, card or Bizum and the receipt or invoice comes out of Bilteo, with its QR and sent to the Tax Agency straight away.

Don't miss out. Sign up nowFrequently asked questions
Can clients book a removal and gel polish in the same appointment?
Yes. In DameHora the client picks both services and the calendar adds up their times and only offers the hours when everything fits in a row.
Can I upload photos of my work with a before and after?
Yes. You upload your designs as before and after pairs and they show on your salon's page on DameHora, the one your clients find on Google. That way they see what you do before they book.
Can I charge differently by design or length?
Yes. In DameHora a service can have variants, each with its own price and length, and the client picks hers when booking.
Can my clients book from Instagram?
Yes. Paste your booking link in your Instagram bio, on Google or on your website. From there your clients see your services with prices, choose their nail technician and time and book without an account, even in the middle of the night.
What if a client misses her appointment?
DameHora sends every client a reminder the day before with a link to cancel or move the appointment, so the slot of a gel set isn't lost. If she doesn't turn up, mark it as a no-show on the appointment and you'll see it on her record next time she books.
Does the nail salon software include a till and VeriFactu?
Yes. When the manicure is done you charge it in cash, by card or with Bizum, and Bilteo issues the VeriFactu receipt or invoice. At the end of the day you balance the till from the same screen. Bilteo is contracted separately.
How much does it cost?
One monthly fee that includes up to three professionals, plus an amount for each extra one. No lock-in. Locations, bookings and customers are unlimited.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
The app you use now costs you too much. And you know it, and so do we!
At 9,95 € a month, with 3 professionals included and better features, you can save a lot of money, don't you think?
