Can I save the notes from each bride's make-up trial?
Yes. DameHora lets you save the shades, products, finishes and preferences agreed during the trial on each client's record. On the wedding day you can check those notes when you open her appointment and do the make-up just as you decided.
Can guests book with the same make-up artist as the bride?
Yes. Share your DameHora booking link with the guests. Each one can choose her service, professional and free time. If they want the bride's make-up artist, they'll see the slots she has free.
Can I open earlier on wedding Saturdays?
Yes. DameHora lets you adjust your professionals' hours for special appointments, such as bridal make-up first thing in the morning. That way you can plan days that differ from your usual hours.
How does DameHora stop two make-up appointments overlapping?
DameHora checks each make-up artist's availability before offering booking times. If a professional already has an appointment, that time isn't offered for another online booking. Manual overlaps need explicit confirmation.
Can I invoice a company for event make-up?
Yes. You add the company's name and tax ID to the client's record and, when you charge, Bilteo issues the VeriFactu invoice in its name. Bilteo is contracted separately.
Can I sell make-up products along with the service?
Yes. You can add a foundation, a lipstick or another product to the same payment as the make-up. DameHora records both items and updates the stock of the products sold.
How much does DameHora cost for a make-up artist or a studio?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, whether you work on your own or have a small team. You manage their calendars, bookings, client records and payments in one place, and each extra professional is added to the fee.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
