Can I let clients book only a consultation online?
Yes. With DameHora you decide which services can be booked online. You can offer just the initial consultations and handle the micropigmentation sessions and top-ups yourself from your calendar.
Where can I save the pigment and needle used in each session?
DameHora lets you keep notes on each client's record. You can note the pigments used, the needles, the technique and the treatment observations to check them when she comes back.
Can I see the consultation, session and top-up of the same client?
Yes. DameHora keeps each client's appointment history and notes. You can look at her past visits, review the saved observations and schedule her next top-up from the calendar.
Can I require a day's notice to book a consultation?
Yes. DameHora lets you set a minimum notice for online bookings. For example, you can require clients to book at least 24 hours ahead, avoiding last-minute appointments.
Does DameHora handle informed consent or health records?
No. DameHora is calendar, booking and business management software. You can keep notes on your clients, but it doesn't replace informed consent forms, mandatory technical records or any health documentation your centre may need.
Can I charge a micropigmentation session and issue an invoice?
Yes. You charge the session in cash, by card or with Bizum and Bilteo issues the VeriFactu receipt or invoice, a full one with the client's tax details if she asks. Bilteo is contracted separately.
How much does DameHora cost for a micropigmentation centre?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with calendars, online bookings, client records and payments in one place. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
