Yes. You can switch on online booking for tax returns when the season starts and switch it off when it ends. The service stays set up without being offered all year round.
How can I cut down on appointments nobody turns up to?
DameHora sends automatic reminders before each consultation to help reduce forgotten appointments. If a client cancels, the time becomes free again on your page for someone else to book.
Can I charge for paperwork done by email without creating an appointment?
Yes. DameHora lets you record sales without an appointment. For example, you can charge for an administrative task, a certificate or paperwork handled by email and record it in Sales, without taking up space in the calendar.
Can my clients send me documents through DameHora?
No. DameHora doesn't handle or store client attachments. If your office has an email address in DameHora and the client replies to the confirmation email, the reply goes to that address. To receive tax or personal documents, use a suitable secure channel.
How much does DameHora cost for an accountancy firm?
One monthly fee for up to three advisers, with online booking, calendars, client records and payments in one app. Each extra adviser is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
