Can I organise the measuring, fittings and collection of a suit?
Yes. With DameHora you can create separate appointments for measuring, fittings and collection. Each one appears in the tailor's calendar with its date and length, and you can check the client's past visits.
Where can I keep each client's measurements?
DameHora lets you keep measurements, preferences and observations in the notes on the client's record. You can record the suit measurements, cloth, buttons and other details to check them at future fittings or alterations.
How does the workshop know which garments to get ready?
With DameHora's To-dos you can create tasks for the team, say which alteration or garment is pending and set a date. Your professionals can check the tasks and tick them off when the work is done.
Does DameHora work for one-off alterations as well as made-to-measure suits?
Yes. You can set up services such as taking up hems, adjusting a waist, narrowing sleeves or replacing a zip. Each alteration can have its own length and price, and clients can book online whichever services you choose to offer.
Can I charge for a suit when the client comes to collect it?
Yes. DameHora lets you record a sale as pending payment. You can note the amount for the suit or alteration and see in Sales what's still owed, then record the payment when the client collects the garment.
Can I issue an invoice in a company's name?
Yes. Save the company's name and tax ID on the client's record and, when you charge, Bilteo issues the VeriFactu invoice in its name, for example for uniforms, alterations or professional wardrobe orders. Bilteo is contracted separately.
How much does DameHora cost for a tailor?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with their calendars, online bookings, client records, to-dos and payments in one app. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
