Can I offer the same massage in 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions?
Yes. With DameHora you can set different lengths and prices for each service. Your clients choose the type of massage and how long they want, and the calendar shows the free times.
How do I add time for the client to change and to set up the table?
DameHora lets you add preparation minutes to the service. For example, you can set up a 90-minute massage and hold another 10 for the client to dress, the towels to be changed and the table to be ready before the next appointment.
Can I run the calendar if each therapist works different days?
Yes. DameHora lets you set each professional's hours and working days. If a therapist only works Mondays and Wednesdays, clients can only book them online within that availability.
Can I save each client's preferred pressure and preferences?
Yes. You can record on each client's record the pressure they prefer, the oils used and notes from their sessions. DameHora flags appointments that have notes, so you can check them before the massage.
Does DameHora manage massage rooms?
DameHora organises each therapist's calendar and availability, but for now it doesn't manage rooms as separate resources. If you have fewer rooms than professionals, you can adjust the hours so that no more sessions overlap than you can handle.
Can I charge a massage and sell an oil on the same receipt?
Yes. DameHora lets you add products to the same payment as the service. You can charge a massage and an oil in one go, record both items and take the products sold off the stock.
How much does DameHora cost for a massage centre?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with their calendars, online bookings, client records and payments in one place. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
