What if a laser technician falls ill?
You record her absence and DameHora lists her appointments for those days, suggesting a free colleague or another time for each one. You decide before anything moves.
Can I charge a single area with a VeriFactu receipt?
Yes. You charge the appointment from the calendar or the front desk, in cash, by card or with Bizum, and Bilteo issues the VeriFactu receipt or invoice. Bilteo is contracted separately.
How much does DameHora cost for a hair removal centre with three professionals?
A monthly fee that already includes three professionals, with their calendars, online booking and payments. If there are more of you, each extra professional is added to the fee. No commitment and no booking commissions.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
