Can I set different prices by dog size?
Yes. With DameHora you can set up bath, cut or tidy-up services for small, medium and large dogs, each with its own price and length. Each owner picks the right service and the calendar holds the time needed.
How does DameHora make use of drying time?
DameHora lets you organise services into working and waiting phases. When the drying method and the dog's needs allow it, the calendar can offer time for another short service, always with the supervision needed.
Where can I keep each dog's breed and temperament?
You can record the dog's name, breed, weight and quirks in the notes on the owner's record. DameHora shows a flag when an appointment has notes. For now there is no separate record for each pet.
Does DameHora send owners reminders before the appointment?
Yes. DameHora sends the owner a confirmation when they book and an email reminder the day before, both with a link to change or cancel the appointment.
Can I charge for a bath and a shampoo on the same receipt?
Yes. You can add products to the same payment as the service. For example, charge a bath and a shampoo in one go, recording both items and updating the stock of the product sold.
Can I have one groomer for cuts and another for baths?
Yes. DameHora lets you assign specific services to each professional. You can set one up for cuts and another for baths, and online bookings will only show the times of whoever does each service.
How much does DameHora cost for a dog grooming salon?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with calendars, online bookings, client records and payments in one place. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
