Can I have one, two and three-hour sessions in the same calendar?
Yes. With DameHora you can create services with different lengths and prices, such as a one-hour first consultation, a two-hour colour analysis or a three-hour wardrobe review. The calendar shows the free times based on how long each session needs.
Where do I keep each client's colour palette and figure?
DameHora lets you keep notes on each client's record. You can record their colour season, recommended palette, figure, preferences and observations to check when they come back. No need to dig through messages or notebooks.
Can clients tell me why they're booking?
Yes. When booking online, your clients can leave a comment explaining what they need. DameHora saves it on the appointment and shows a flag so you can read it before seeing them.
Can I invoice my client's company?
Yes. You save the company's name and tax ID on the record and, when you charge, Bilteo issues the VeriFactu invoice in its name, for example for corporate image consulting, team training or a professional consultation. Bilteo is contracted separately.
Does DameHora work if I'm a self-employed image consultant working alone?
Yes. You can use DameHora even if you work on your own. Your clients book online around your availability and you manage all your sessions from a single calendar. The fee includes up to three professionals.
Can I log sessions outside the studio, such as personal shopping?
Yes. You can add a personal shopping session to your calendar and block out the time it needs. However, DameHora doesn't specifically handle home visits or a different location per appointment. Online booking shows the address set for your studio, so you'll need to share the meeting point separately.
How much does DameHora cost for an image consultancy?
A monthly fee for up to three professionals, with online bookings, calendars, client records, notes and payments in one app. Each extra professional is added to the fee, with no commitment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
