Which appointment software works for a hair salon with several stylists?
DameHora, because each stylist has their own column, hours and price for every service, and clients book with whoever they want. Services with waiting time leave that slot free in the calendar for another appointment. Hair salon services come already set up with their phases.
Can clients book online with their usual stylist?
Yes. On your DameHora page they choose the service, the stylist and the time, or pick “anyone” if they don't mind. They don't need an account. They leave their name, phone and email and get a confirmation with a link to change or cancel the appointment.
What does a hair salon need to comply with VeriFactu?
To issue every receipt or invoice with VeriFactu invoicing software. In DameHora a finished appointment is charged in cash, card or Bizum and the receipt comes out of Bilteo, with its QR code and sent to the Tax Agency. If a client asks for an invoice in a company's name, it is done from the same sale.
Can I run two hair salons from one account?
Yes. Each location in DameHora has its own hours, team and booking page, and you see everything from the same calendar. The monthly fee includes up to three professionals in total, and each extra professional has a fixed price.
What about my regular clients and their notes?
You add them yourself or they are created with their first online booking, with no duplicates. On the DameHora client card you keep the visit history and notes such as an allergy or what was done last time, and the calendar shows them when you open the appointment.
What happens on the day a stylist doesn't come in?
You mark the absence and DameHora shows you that day's affected appointments, with a suggestion for each one, either passing it to a colleague who does that service or moving it to another time. You decide one by one. Nothing moves on its own.
How much does DameHora cost for a hair salon of three?
The monthly fee, nothing more. It includes up to three professionals, the whole app and bookings with no commission. In most appointment software the fee covers a single user and every person on the team is paid separately, so a salon of three pays in DameHora what one person costs elsewhere.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged on its own, because we don't ask for a card. The trial starts when you create your business and, if you want to carry on, you add your payment method before it ends. If not, the calendar becomes read-only and your data stays there while you decide.
