    Each service has active and waiting phases. During the wait, the calendar leaves room for another appointment.

  2. Move without breaking anything

    Drag an appointment to another time or professional. If it clashes, you are told before saving.

    Several people can work at once, and the calendar warns you if someone changed the appointment while you were looking at it.

A Tuesday with two appointments in the time of one

It's 10:00. Laura starts a 75-minute service with a wait in the middle, 30 minutes of work, 30 in which the client waits without needing her and 15 to finish. In the calendar that half hour is free for her, so at 10:30 another 30-minute appointment fits in. At 11:00 she goes back to the first client and finishes. Without a calendar that understands phases, that half hour would have stayed blank or been pencilled in on top of another appointment.
