Version 1.3, in force since Oct. 28, 2026.
At DameHora we don't use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Almost everything we keep in your browser is either strictly needed for the website and the app to work or something you ask for, and doesn't require your consent. The only thing that does is Google reCAPTCHA. We only ask you about it on the pages where it is used, the contact form and the booking page, and it does not load on any other page.
Google reCAPTCHA, only if you accept it
reCAPTCHA is a Google service that helps tell people from bots, to stop automated messages and bookings. Until you press "Accept", we do not load its code and there is no connection to Google for this purpose.
If you accept it, when you are about to send the contact form or a booking we load its code from www.google.com, and Google stores in your browser what is listed below. For the data reCAPTCHA collects on our pages, Google has acted as our processor since 2 April 2026, under the Google Cloud terms. Google also processes, as a controller, technical data about the use of its service to provide, maintain and protect it, and under those terms it does not use it for personalised advertising.
If you reject it, we load nothing from Google. The contact form is sent all the same. When booking, we may ask you for a code by email to confirm it's you, at no cost.
Your choice
We keep your answer in your browser for 12 months. After that we ask you again, and also earlier if the providers or purposes change substantially. You can change or withdraw it whenever you like with "Change", next to the reCAPTCHA notice in the contact form or the booking. If you reject it after accepting it, we stop using it from that moment and delete what its code stored on our page. The cookie Google has already set on its own domain is deleted from your browser settings.
We never take carrying on browsing or using the service as acceptance.
What we keep in your browser
How long your choice lasts (12 months) is different from how long each cookie lasts, which is stated for each one.
Strictly needed, without consent:
- sessionid, from DameHora, on app.damehora.com. Keeps you signed in. It lasts 14 days, or 180 days on the counter device.
- csrftoken, from DameHora, on app.damehora.com and on the damehora.com pages with a form (contact, review and review reports). Stops another website from taking actions on your behalf. It lasts 1 year.
- re.cookies, from DameHora, in local storage. Keeps your answer about reCAPTCHA for 12 months.
What you ask for, in local storage and never leaving your device:
- The app's preferences, such as the light or dark theme, the business and location you work with and how you view the calendar. They last until you delete them.
- The language you choose on the booking page. It lasts until you delete it.
- The appointments you book from that browser, with their link to see or change them, until they are over.
- If you confirm your email with a code when booking, a signed mark valid for 180 days so we don't ask you again at that business.
With your consent, only if you accept reCAPTCHA:
- _GRECAPTCHA, from Google, on www.google.com. Used for the risk analysis that tells people from bots. It lasts 6 months.
- _grecaptcha, which Google's code stores in our page's local storage for the same purpose. It lasts until deleted, and we delete it if you reject reCAPTCHA.
- Data of Google's frame (rc::a, rc::b, rc::c and rc::f), in www.google.com's storage, for reCAPTCHA to work. rc::c lasts for the browser session and the others until deleted.
The iPhone and iPad app uses no cookies. The session is kept in the device's own secure storage.
Statistics without cookies
We count how many times each business's page is visited and how many times "Book" is pressed, without cookies or identifiers. We just add one to a number per day and don't know who visits the page.
How to delete them
You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. If you delete the app's session cookie, you will have to sign in again.
