A badge given by customers, not an ad
Businesses earn it when people leave happy, according to their verified reviews. No business can pay for it or ask us for it.
How it is earned
An average rating of 4.7 or more in the verified reviews of the last 12 months, with at least 10 reviews in that time.
It is worked out by itself every time a review arrives. If the rating drops or the reviews get old, the badge goes away just as automatically.
What a verified review is
Only someone who had a completed appointment at that business can review it. We invite them by email after the visit. The business does not choose who. We publish them all, good and bad. The business can reply but not delete them.
The word next to the rating
From 5 verified reviews, the rating comes with a word that sums it up:
- 4.8 or more
- 4.5 or more
- 4.0 or more
Do you run a business?
The badge cannot be bought. It comes if your customers are happy. What does help is that they leave their email when booking, so they get the invitation to review.
